Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

LyricRiff AI ("LyricRiff", "we", "us" or "our") is a songwriting software service operated by Rise & Reign Music Inc. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you use LyricRiff.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use LyricRiff, we may collect account information such as your email address, display name, authentication identifiers and verification status; content you choose to create or save, including lyrics, song titles, creative notes, prompts, favourites, presets, versions and related songwriting metadata; subscription and transaction information such as plan status, payment-provider customer or subscription identifiers, purchase status and promotion redemptions; usage and product analytics such as feature interactions, AI-action counts and technical events; support messages and feedback; and creation-record information such as timestamps and cryptographic hashes when you use that feature.

3. AI and audio processing

When you use LyricRiff's AI features, the text and instructions needed to perform your request are processed through Base44's AI integration, including Google Gemini for current songwriting AI requests. When you request a Music Preview, the lyrics and music-direction inputs needed to generate that preview, such as genre, mood and production style, are sent to ElevenLabs for AI music generation. Do not submit information you do not want processed for these purposes.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure LyricRiff, authenticate accounts, save and restore songwriting work, deliver AI and audio features, administer subscriptions and promotions, process purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, enforce feature limits, troubleshoot and improve the product, communicate service-related information, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate LyricRiff. These include Base44 for app hosting, authentication, data infrastructure, integrations and product analytics; Stripe for LyricRiff subscription billing; Google services for Google sign-in and current AI processing through Gemini; ElevenLabs for AI music generation in Music Preview; and Whop for the optional REIGN Method member offer and related purchase fulfillment. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not sell your songwriting content.

6. Payments

LyricRiff does not store your full payment-card number in its app database. Subscription checkout and billing management are handled by Stripe. Optional REIGN Method purchases are handled by Whop. Those providers process payment information under their own privacy practices.

7. Local storage and cookies

LyricRiff uses browser local storage, session storage and limited functional cookies to keep preferences, draft recovery, session state, interface state and similar product functionality. We also use Base44 product analytics to understand feature usage and improve the service. Browser-stored drafts may remain on a device until cleared by the app, the user or the browser.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain account and service data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide LyricRiff, maintain security, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can permanently delete your LyricRiff account from Settings. The in-app deletion flow removes the Base44 account and associated LyricRiff app records and cancels an active Stripe LyricRiff subscription before deletion. Some limited transaction, security, backup or legal records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law or by an independent payment provider.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You may access and update certain account information in LyricRiff, export supported songwriting content, and delete your account in Settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or information about our handling of personal information. Contact us to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. LyricRiff and its service providers may process information in Canada, the United States or other countries where they operate, which may have different privacy laws from your home jurisdiction.

11. Children

LyricRiff is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as LyricRiff changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
